Session Preparation

Pricing FAQs
When do I pay?
Individual sessions are paid through the app, by bank transfer, card, or cash at the end of the session. Monthly packs are paid in full at the first session, by transfer, card, or cash.
Do surcharges apply to members?
Yes. Weekends (+30%), weather (+15%) and late night (+80%) apply regardless of plan.
What if I don't use all pack sessions?
Sessions expire at the end of the period (30 consecutive days from purchase). No extension or refund. Exception: therapist cancellations, illness, or menstruation — in those cases the session is rescheduled without penalty. View conditions →
What if I cancel a session?
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the session is rescheduled — not lost. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session is deducted from your pack or charged in full. View conditions →
Does the annual complimentary session expire?
It can be taken at any point during the year. We recommend scheduling at least 10 days in advance due to availability. ICP members can also transfer one session from their monthly pack. Requires 4 months of active membership seniority.
